reminds me of "red velvet cake" here in the USA. Im sure its unique and delicious but man thats ALOT of buttercream! The buttercream looks more butter than anything as well. I guess it would all depend upon thr cake flavor and sweetness as well as how sweet the buttercream itself is. If it all is on the high side of sweet then it might be too much in my opinion, or at least ny taste. I wonder if they use salted or unsalted butter?? I prefer salted just to counteract the sweet and richness of the filling.
